A Place We Call Home
June 2 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
| FreeIn this poetry workshop, we will explore poems from 4 Corners poets laureate Jake Skeets, Laura Tohe, Cristoso Apache & Tommy Archuleta, who will be our distinguished visiting writers at the Four Corners Poetry Festival on Saturday, June 13th at the Durango Public Library. Using these poems as inspiration, we will generate our own poems to celebrate the places we call home through vivid language, sharp imagery, and experimental form. No writing experience is necessary. Ages 13+ are welcome!
